Amy Pullinger
Amy is our Product Manager and has been part of eFD since its inception. She leads the ongoing development of the platform and oversees the technical and support teams, coordinating day-to-day operations and long-term product direction. With deep product knowledge and hands-on experience, Amy manages the full lifecycle of eFD - from concept and development through to release and customer support. Her practical, detail-focused leadership ensures the platform remains reliable, responsive, and continually improving.
Andrew Humphrey
Andrew leads our Business Development, Onboarding and Training team. With over 20 years of experience in the funeral industry, he brings valuable sector insight and a strong understanding of the challenges funeral professionals face. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and overseeing the onboarding and training of our clients, ensuring firms feel confident and supported from the outset. Andrew’s relationship-focused approach and practical industry knowledge help customers maximise the value of eFD and build long-term partnerships.
Oliver Theobald
Oliver is one of our Product Specialists, supporting clients with day-to-day queries and system guidance. He works closely with funeral professionals to ensure they feel confident using eFD and fully supported whenever they need assistance. With strong product knowledge and a calm, solutions-focused approach, Oliver resolves issues efficiently and clearly. Alongside his support role, he also brings a passion for design, creating much of the artwork used across our marketing and social media. His blend of technical understanding and creative input helps ensure a consistent and thoughtful experience for our clients.
Inga Burjaka
Inga is one of our Product Specialists, focusing on integrations and finance-related processes. With a strong understanding of eFD and the systems it connects with, she helps ensure data flows accurately and reliably across platforms. Inga works closely with clients to support integrations, financial workflows and reporting, helping them navigate processes with clarity and confidence. Her attention to detail and practical approach make her a trusted point of support for both our team and the funeral professionals we work with.
Jamie Waring
Jamie is our Account Manager, working closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships. He supports our clients with ongoing guidance, helping them feel confident in using eFD and aware of new developments that may benefit their business. With a thoughtful and proactive approach, Jamie ensures communication is clear and support is consistent. His focus on partnership helps customers feel valued and well supported as their businesses evolve.
Dan Blackett
Dan is part of our Business Development team, bringing experience from both the funeral profession and the software industry. This combination gives him a strong understanding of how technology can support the practical realities of running a funeral business. Dan focuses on building relationships and identifying new opportunities, working closely with firms to understand their needs and introduce them to eFD. His proactive approach and industry insight help ensure new clients feel confident and well informed from the very first conversation.
Simon Pringle
Simon is the Director of Seker and Red River Software, our trusted development partner.
