Her dedication in putting our families first every time is demonstrated not only in words of comfort to our families but also by being there when needed. Laura wears lots of hats – from arranging funerals, conducting when covering others, organising and attending community events to support her arrangers, organising the Ops diary even to donning her scruffs to clean out dusty cupboards. When morale is low, Laura thinks of innovative ways to bring us all together and re-sets our way of getting through the tough times we may face. Laura is truly the positivity every company needs.”
