“Lisa has worked tirelessly at our Canvey Chapel, dealing with so many extra funerals over the last few months. She always has a smile and comforting word for families and makes sure all their wishes are met, so that they can give their loved ones the funeral they deserve. She has worked evenings, weekends just to ensure that this happens. She also still finds time to check in on her colleagues, whether it be an encouraging text or supplying biscuits for “the boys” whilst they are at the chapel for funeral duties. Lovely lady with a big heart.”
